Mr. Colosi was appointed President of the Company on August 2011. Previously, Mr. Colosi served as our Chief Financial Officer since September 2002. From 1992 until September 2002, Mr. Colosi was employed by YUM! Brands, Inc., owner of the KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell brands. During this time, Mr. Colosi served in various financial positions and, immediately prior to joining us, was Director of Investor Relations. Mr. Colosi has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry.

Mr. Taylor resumed his role as Chief Executive Officer of the Company in August 2011, a position he previously served between May 2000 and October 2004. Mr. Taylor is the founder of Texas Roadhouse and was named Chairman of the Company and Board in October 2004. Before his founding of our concept, Mr. Taylor founded and co-owned Buckhead Bar and Grill in Louisville, Kentucky. Mr. Taylor has over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry.

Mr. Ortiz had served as our Executive Vice President of Operations since May 2001, and was named Chief Operating Officer in October 2004. Mr. Ortiz joined our company in 1996 as a Market Partner in which capacity he was responsible for developing and starting new Texas Roadhouse restaurants in Texas. From 1982 to 1996, Mr. Ortiz was employed by Bennigan's Restaurants in various capacities, including General Manager, Area Director and Regional Vice President. Mr. Ortiz has over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry.

Mr. Cooper was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company in August 2011. Previously, Mr. Cooper served as our Vice President of Finance since August 2006. From 1998 to 2006, Mr. Cooper was employed by Ruby Tuesday, Inc. During this time, Mr. Cooper held various positions in finance, planning and accounting. Mr. Cooper is a Certified Public Accountant with over 18 years of finance and accounting experience including 14 years in the restaurant industry.

Jill Marchant joined Texas Roadhouse in August 2011 and assumed the General Counsel role on December 1, 2011. Marchant, who has more than 20 years of legal experience, is also a member of the company's executive team. Prior to joining Texas Roadhouse, she served as Associate General Counsel for DineEquity, Inc., the parent company for Applebee's Neighborhood Grill and Bar and IHOP Restaurants, which combined have more than 3,500 restaurants. Ms. Marchant worked for 12 years at a Kansas City business unit of Honeywell. Marchant graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Brigham Young University, and she earned a juris doctorate degree, cum laude, from Brigham Young University. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the California State Bar, the Colorado State Bar and the Missouri State Bar. Marchant is also the co-founder of the REAL Network – Restaurant Employment Attorneys & Litigators.
